We had a fairly nice experience in this comfortable hotel. The very-very nice staff made a good impression. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good for first time visitors to Winterthur.

The staff here are really friendly and they make everyone feel welcome. the room is great, and the bathroom is really clean. You'll find a work desk in the room, along with a coffee/tea maker and cable TV. 🌟.

This was an ideal hip new hotel in a particularly good and marvellous location. The staff was good, always on hand when needed. Easy access to Kloten airport, which was about 17 minutes' drive away...

The room was brand-new and had useful amenities like coffee/tea making equipment and glassware. the bathroom was spacious and featured a walk-in shower that I really enjoyed. - the personnel was helpful and exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to assist. - the location was convenient, with a short walk to Zurich, the eastern part of Switzerland, and Winterthur.

Stayed at a hotel with spider-themed decor surrounded by hills. Convenient location near Zurich. Enjoyed a delicious Nepalese meal and a satisfying breakfast. Spacious and modern room. Planning to return soon.
Loved the hotel's strict coffee capsule rationing, freezing rooms, and transparent bathroom door. Also, had a delightful argument about missing coffee capsules.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was great, with a supermarket nearby and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a variety of options to choose from. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, being close to a supermarket and a nice river. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and the bedsheets, pillows, doona, towels were all clean.
Some things in the room could have been better. The pillows were lumpy, and there were stains on some utensils.
